Will you accept delivery and storage of packages and online purchases sent to the hotel?
You must be a registered in-house guest for packages to be received at the property. Daily package pickup hours are between 8:00am and 7:00pm. Packages should be labeled with the name that the guest’s reservation is made under, with the hotel address: 19201 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. Storage charges each package: 1-5lbs. $5.00, 6-20 lbs. $10.00, 21-40 lbs. $20.00 and 41-50 lbs. $35.00. 51 lbs and up please call. Packages stored for more than 3 days will incur additional charges. Unclaimed packages will be “Returned to Sender” 10 days after receipt by the hotel. It is imperative that you have tracking numbers to confirm shipment and claim your package.
