What is the check-in/check-out time?

Does the hotel accommodate late check-out/early check-in?

Yes, based on availability, there may be a fee.

What payments are accepted at the hotel?

Major Credit and Debit Cards, Cash, Traveler’s Checks. Please note that a deposit for incidental expenses held on all debit cards will result in a temporary hold on those funds, until up to 3 days after check-out.

Can baggage be stored at the hotel?

Yes, but please discuss with the bellman, if you are storing the baggage more than one day, special arrangements may have to be made.

Can you store larger items, like bicycles?

No.

Are there safety deposit boxes at the front desk?

No.

Which languages are spoken at the hotel?

English, Spanish, Creole, Russian, Portuguese and French.

Can the hotel reconfirm my ongoing flight and make arrangements for domestic and international flights?

Our Business Center in the Lobby has access to all airline websites where guests may check their flights and print boarding passes.

What voltage do you use? Can you provide converters for international travelers?

Will you accept the delivery and storage of packages and online purchases sent to the hotel?

The Ramada Plaza Marco Polo Beach Resort accepts deliveries of packages and online orders. You MUST be a registered in-house guest to receive the package at the property. Packages should be specifically labeled with the name that the reservation is made, with the hotel address being:

Ramada Plaza Marco Polo Beach Resort, 19201 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160.

Minimum Package charges are as follows:

• Up to 5lbs: $5.00 

• 6lbs – 20lbs: $10.00

• 21 lbs – 40 lbs: $20.00

• 41lbs – 50lbs: $35.00

• 51 lbs and up please call.

Packages stored for more than 3 days will incur additional charges. Unclaimed packages will be “Returned to Sender” 10 days after receipt of the hotel. It is imperative that you have tracking numbers to confirm shipment and claim your package.

Yes, valet-parking only, $20.00 per car per day.

What is the resort charge and what does it include?

A daily resort fee of $15.00 per room/per day will be added to your room account, which will include all of the listed services below. Gratuities remain at your discretion.

  • Newspaper– `USA TODAY` at the Ocean Terrace Restaurant and Front Desk
  • Two (2) bottled waters upon arrival
  • Poolside towels, lounge chairs, and umbrellas (excludes beach chairs and umbrellas)
  • Fitness Center, Steam & Sauna
  • In-room Mini Refrigerator
  • In-room Safe
  • Local Calls and Incoming/Outgoing Fax Services.

Is the hotel smoke-free? 

Yes.

Do you have non-smoking rooms? 

Yes.

Are you 100% non-smoking?

Yes.  There are outdoor designated smoking areas.

Do you have any designated smoking guest rooms? 

No.

Do you have a pet policy?

Yes. Our four-legged friends are welcome.  We are pet-friendly.  Limit on pet size.
20 pounds.  One time charge for a pet in the room: $50 plus $50 damage deposit which is refundable after inspection.

Is there a business center at the hotel? 

Yes.

Can a guest request toothbrush/toothpaste/razor/etc.? Can they be purchased on-site? 

Yes.

Is there a fitness center on-site? 

Yes.  The fitness center has cardio, free weights, steam, and sauna.

What hours is the concierge available? 

From 7:00am to 11:00pm.

Is there a tour desk available to book tours/excursions? 

Yes.

Is there laundry on-site or laundry service? 

Yes.

Is there a dry cleaning service available? 

Yes.

Do you offer banquet facilities, catering and/or event services?

Yes.  Over 15,000 sq. ft. of meeting space in 8 rooms.  Largest seating 300 for a banquet.

Do you host weddings on-site? 

Yes.

Do you host Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet 16, Reunions, Other Cultural Events, Business Conferences, Corporate Meetings, Holiday Parties? 

Yes.

City of Sunny Isles Beach has a shuttle that travels Collins Avenue from 163rd Street to the Marco Polo Beach Resort at 192nd Street.
